New Programme to Strengthen Polish Community Leaders Across the UK

We're proud to launch a new programme that will support Polish community leaders, volunteers and community organisations across the United Kingdom to build stronger, more sustainable organisations.

Thanks to funding from the Senate of the Republic of Poland through the "Senat Polonia 2026" programme, we'll deliver two intensive two-day leadership workshops in London and Manchester, bringing together 40 participants from Polish community organisations across the UK.

The programme has been designed to help community leaders develop the practical skills they need to create lasting impact in their local communities. Participants will explore fundraising, grant writing, project planning, financial management and the effective delivery of community projects, while developing the confidence to secure funding and grow their organisations.

Alongside practical workshops, participants will work on their own project ideas, learn from real-life case studies and share knowledge and experience with leaders from across the country. By investing in people who support others every day, we hope to strengthen community organisations, increase access to funding and create lasting benefits for Polish communities throughout the UK.

This programme is delivered by Pinwheel International CIC in partnership with Fundacja Młode Pokolenia, with funding from the Senate of the Republic of Poland through the "Senat Polonia 2026" programme.
