About Pinwheel International CIC

We’re a migrant led, community-driven organisation based in Peterborough, working with migrant and minority communities to spark connection, confidence, and joy through music, art, and wellbeing. From young children taking their first piano lesson to women gathering over breakfast and stories — we create safe, vibrant spaces where everyone feels seen, heard, and supported.

We know that creativity is a lifeline — especially for those finding their feet in a new place.
Our work is rooted in lived experience, built on trust, and led by the belief that everyone deserves a space to belong, express, and thrive.
 

We design our programmes with a deep understanding of the cultural needs and values of migrant communities, bridging the gap between heritage and life in the UK. Our aim is to create spaces where everyone feels at home, where diverse cultural backgrounds are celebrated, and where people can connect across differences.

Whether it’s through music education, or visual arts projects, we combine creative expression with learning and development. Our work helps individuals develop new skills while boosting their overall wellbeing — because creativity isn’t just about making art; it’s about growing as a person.
